1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at https://copystar.app and https://realestate.copystar.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

CopyStar is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for generating real estate listings and related marketing copy. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to unlock functionalities.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We use Google Firebase for authentication services.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All Sales Are Final. The Service sells digital credits that are redeemed for AI generation services. Because the Service is digital and delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made, except as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. CopyStar does not store your credit card information on its servers.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Ownership: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you generate using the Service ("Generated Content"). You are free to use this content for your business, including publishing it on real estate listing sites (e.g., MLS, Zillow).

License to CopyStar: By using the Service, you grant CopyStar (and its operator Michael Thomason) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the inputs you provide and the Generated Content for the limited purposes of operating, developing, and improving the Service and its underlying AI models.

6. User Conduct & Termination

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on CopyStar's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CopyStar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, CopyStar does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and you are responsible for verifying all facts (such as property features, dimensions, and legal descriptions) before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CopyStar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on CopyStar's website.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
